"A profoundly moving musical experience"
- V Magazine

“Music is pure emotion” for Micah McLaurin, who has spent the greater part of life perfecting his craft as a virtuoso pianist and is embarking on the next chapter of an already ambitious career with his album:  DIAMONDS. A collection of instrumental covers that hold deep personal meaning, DIAMONDS embodies Micah’s musical journey from beginner to master, and sees him working an all-star cast of GRAMMY® and BRIT Award winners, led by producer Nick Patrick and co-arrangers David Campbell, Larry Gold, Chris Walden and Robin Smith.  The album was recorded at Abbey Road Studios with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by GRAMMY® Award winner Steve Sidwell.

Jimmy Webb, “MacArthur Park” composer and lyricist,
“The first time I heard the track, it overwhelmed me. It is the best orchestra recording i have heard with this new technology. I am grateful to Micah and Larry for recognizing the classical elements in the song that could be exploited. The vocal performance of Amber Riley ha to be heard to be believed. And Micah’s lovely piano accompaniment is the ‘icing on the cake.”
